Measure how fast your connection is all the way to a Colitu server: latency, download and upload.
For a true result, measure with the VPN off. The test may use a few hundred MB of data.
The test first measures latency, then downloads from the server you choose over four parallel connections for about eight seconds, then uploads for the same time. The warm-up of the connection is left out of the result.
The value is the speed between your computer and the Colitu server. Measured with the VPN off, it is the upper limit of the speed you get when connected.
It depends on your connection; on fast lines one test can reach a few hundred megabytes. Be careful on mobile data.
Speed depends on the server's distance, Wi-Fi quality and current load. Pick another server close to you and try again.
The test goes straight to the servers' addresses, which we only show to signed-in users.
With Colitu, sites see our server's address instead of your real IP. 10 GB free every month. Download the app →
The tools do not store your results. The DNS test keeps a random ID in memory for ten minutes; the other tools run only in your browser.
